As you stand on a rock of strength, intricately carved with elemental symbols, you’ll notice two rows of vibrant flowers lining the path, racing to bloom. Follow the yellow arrow ahead, pass through an arched stone gate, and you’ll encounter a swirling white tornado screen. This marks the entrance to the battlefield, where enemies await in various positions across the arena. The primary foe is marked by a red dashed circle, while obstacles like plant walls and embankments add to the challenge. Control your character using the pink circle on the screen, and tap the center button to unleash attacks on your enemies.

Mastering the Battlefield

In WizQuest, combat is a delicate balance of offense and defense. While focusing on attacking your enemies, you must also dodge their strikes. As you progress through the levels, the youkai (enemies) grow stronger and more agile. Keep an eye on the yellow horizontal bar at the top of the screen to track your progress. Once the bar is fully yellow, you’ve met the level’s requirements. Defeating all enemies transforms them into gold coins, which automatically gather towards you at the end of the level, adding to your wealth.

Equip and Upgrade for Victory

Preparation is key in WizQuest. Players can equip up to six essential items before entering the game. In an ancient castle room, a green torch flickers on the wall, illuminating your equipment options. These include a cape, hat, magic staff, shoes, and two magic potions. Upgrading your gear or collecting rare items enhances your combat stats. For instance, the magic staff boosts your attack power, while clothing reduces incoming damage. Shoes, on the other hand, increase your movement speed, giving you an edge in battle.

During your quest, you’ll collect valuable resources like gems and potions. These can be used in the research room to craft powerful elixirs. Healing potions restore 30% of your health, while yellow potions amplify your attack power by 50%. These potions are brewed in a magical, fish tank-like cauldron filled with bubbling green liquid. Strategically choosing the right potions can turn the tide of battle in your favor.

Face Formidable Bosses

As you advance, you’ll encounter massive bosses with unique abilities and immense strength. These formidable foes appear at specific levels, announced only after completing the previous stage.
